Sugarless rice pudding. I have IBS, and this works like a charm. 1 cup white rice, 2 cups water...bring to a boil then simmer 15 minutes until all water is absorbed. Add 3 cups whole milk, 1 cup raisins, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Turn up heat and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Ready to eat right out of the pot, or can be stored in refrigerator and eaten cold. Very soothing to the intestins. Whatever you do, don't add sugar or butter. These two ingredients are extremely irritating to IBS sufferers.
